Vitamin D

I hope that everybody is enjoying this nice, sunny day!

It's amazing how everything just seems better when the sun is out. Now if it would only warm up. I know most of you are probably saying that it is warm out there. However, if you don't know this by now, we live really close to the lake. Close as in I can see it from my front porch.

Let me show you.....The problem with living this close to the lake in the spring time is ice. Which makes the air here colder when the wind is blowing. So while it my be in the 50's for you guys that are more south, it's still only in the 40's here and the wind is blowing today.

On the flip side of the coin. In the fall, when you southern guys are in the 50's, it's still in the 60's here. Very weird, I know.

But at least you don't have to fight the Canadian Soldiers. Those are the most annoying insects known to man. Oh and it's such a lovely sight when they are plastered over everything...even your car. And heaven forbid one gets in the car. But I'll think I'll leave that for another blog session.

In the meantime, enjoy this lovely sunshine because it might be raining tomorrow!
