It's Been Awhile

I know I am such a bad blogger. Gee, my last post was at the end of January and here it is, the end of February. I can't blame it on being busy, because we weren't. For a newlywed couple, we pretty much lead a boring life.

So what did go on in February? Well, my hubby took me on a surprise junket for Valentine's Day weekend to Atlantic City. It was a nice weekend get away and Lord knows, we both needed it. Although, I think I would have preferred a vacation on a nice sandy beach someplace. So what do I see when I look out the window of our hotel room??

It was the funniest thing and from John, I got the comment, "well, there's your sandy beach". well, at least it was a nice weekend. A little chilly and we only did a little walking around outside. We pretty much just gambled and ate. I actually sat and watched John play Texas Hold 'Em poker for a few hours when I got tired of gambling.

In the end, I decided that I like Vegas better. There is a lot more to do there when you get tired of eating and gambling.

So that's all for now. I'll make an effort to be better at writing.
